Wholesales
We also do wholesales. Wholesale prices are shown and used to only qualified wholesale customers. All you need to view our wholesale prices online is to register with us and enter your Retail Sales Tax ID during the registraion process.
Minimum Purchase
For non-wholesale customers, we generally have no minimum purchase amount per order.
For wholesale customers, we have a minimum purchase amount of $100.00 per order. We have no minimum quantity per item.
Shipping
Shipping charges will
be calculated based on weight and destination charges per UPS and will
be added to your total. UPS pick-up service is at 4:00pm Central Time,
from Monday to Friday. BelleFashions strives to ship out all orders
same day If placed before 12:00pm (noon) Central Time (excluding weekends
& holidays), Orders placed after this time will be sent out on the
next business day. However, peak seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Year's Day, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day may require additional
time. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the UPS tracking number.

receive on next business day
- UPS 2nd Day : should
receive 2nd business day, if shipped on Monday, receive on Wednesday,
if shipped on Thursday, should receive on Monday
- UPS 3 Day :
should receive 3rd business day
- UPS Ground :
may take anywhere from 3-5 days to most locations in the Continental
US

our international customers, we offer:
- UPS Worldwide Express
: fastest method of shipping overseas
- UPS Worldwide Expedited
: may be more expensive than Worldwide Express, but slower.

For Canadian customers, this is the best method of shipping
For Non-wholesale
customers, we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for purchases of $25.00
or more.

Free shipping does not apply to outside of the continental USA. (Hawaii,
Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and etc...)
Returns / Cancellation
We accept returns on defective merchandise only. No refunds. Once the returned item is received we will give you a store credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met:
- Merchandise must be in original package in new, unused and unworn condition. There also should be no wear and tear on the packaging. We cannot sell or accept items that appear to have been used. This would include items that are tarnished because of exposure. Items that do not fit these criteria will be returned to the purchaser with no credit given.
- Defective items must be reported to us within (7) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (20) days of the date of receipt.
- You must obtain Return Authorization from our Customer Service Representative who assists you with the return.
- Return items must be sent back within 20 days prepaid and insured for the full amount by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and responsibilty of the customer. Returns sent COD will be refused.
- Return items that are not defective will be charged with restocking fee - 30% of the item price.
- No cancellations are allowed. Once the order has been processed the transaction cannot be reversed.

way the result of a connection with any designer labels. Belle
products are the made under their own private labels by a private
import manufacturer. The products are not in any way made to
represent or be reproductions of famous original designer brand
accessories. You are acknowledging that we do not condone any
misrepresentation to such by purchasing items from our website.
It is not our intention to infringe on any famous brands copyright
trademarks.
